Pre-Order Policy

PRE ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to order processing fees and orders quantities placed with distribution based on Pre-Orders, the cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% processing fee calculated based on the total order value. Release date delays, product allocations, production or distribution factors and other logistics are out of our control. No exceptions will be made. 

The only exception to the processing fee is if the refund is requested in store credit.

Certain Pre-Orders are final sale. Specific details will be in product descriptions if they are not cancellable. Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of a set release and some products cannot be cancelled because of the volatility of pricing (namely Japanese sets) as they can often fluctuate up and down.

Quantity & Order Adjustments

We will not cancel or adjust pricing on Pre-Orders if the price of the item goes up and you have locked in the order at a lower price. With that, if pricing goes down, we also cannot adjust pricing unless otherwise specified in the description. (Namely for volatile Japanese set prices) Orders may be cancelled for other reasons including but is not limited to potential fraud, buyouts, and abuse.

We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. This includes but is not limited to orders exceeding quantity limits, buyouts, and other issues with high demand products. You will be notified as soon as possible if changes need to be made.

If your order is cancelled for fraud or other reasons, but you believe it is a mistake, please contact us at support@epicpokestore.com to resolve the issue.

We try our best not to oversell inventory or cancel orders however distributor allocation is not certain. If products are allocated or waved, we will continue to fill orders as product is received. Pre-Orders can be subject to allocation and if amounts become more limited we will fulfill orders in order they are received.

Allocations of products are not known until after distributor orders are due. We will always do our best to not oversell products to avoid cancellations. While unlikely, distributors do short their buyers on products in some instances.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and provide a full refund to the purchaser before fulfillment of the order. This will always be our worst case scenario if all other options are unsuccessful with providing the product.

Order Shipment

All orders that include Pre-Order items will be held for shipment together once all the items are released for shipment. Please contact us if you would like to request to split the order. If your order has qualified for free shipping, you have to pay the shipping cost if either portions of the split order no longer meets the minimum requirement of free shipping.

Pre-Orders will be fulfilled as soon as product is received from distribution and will ship shortly after.
