Packing & Shipping
All orders will be packed to the best of our ability to keep products safe during transit in a fitting matter. This includes bubble wrapping, void fills (ex. paper) and other methods.
If the selected shipping method is not available for any reason, we will use the next best available shipping method.
Please allow up to 1-5 days for orders to be dispatched depending on order size, quantity, etc... We will always strive to pack and ship orders as soon as possible, even same day shipment if possible. In the unlikely event of delays such as system issues, large order volume backlog, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will update you via email or text message as soon as possible.
Carrier shipping times vary depending on the carrier and service selected, please view estimates provided on the order page as they are different in each scenario.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Possible delays include but are not limited to weather, customs, holidays, product demand or human error.
Combining/Splitting Orders
Orders can be requested to be combined or split. EpicPokeStore reserves the right to accept or decline these changes depending on logistics and additional shipping charges may be applicable.
We also reserve the right to combine/split orders to our discretion if necessary. You will be contacted if the orders are split for any reasons. For orders combined or split by us, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
Package Protection
We offer the option to purchase package protection and is recommended especially on larger orders to insure packages in case of lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Orders placed using Canada Post Lettermail & other untracked shipping services are NOT eligible for package protection. EpicPokeStore assumes no responsibility for lost letter mail and untracked shipments as they are uninsured and without tracking to validate.
If you choose not to select the package protection option at checkout, you are there by voiding any additional insurance outside of what the courier covers for the selected shipping method.
EpicPokeStore will not be held liable for delivery issues arising from customer-provided incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, any resulting loss is the responsibility of the customer.
EpicPokeStore is only responsible to cover a single replacement. This reshipment is up to the customer to ensure the item is delivered to a safe place (request rerouting to the courier, ensuring someone is home to collect the item, etc).
All claims for lost, stolen or damaged items must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
Send us an email at support@epicpokestore.com to file a claim. We will get in touch as soon as possible and explain next steps dependent on the situation.
Lost or stolen items will be replaced when stock is available. If the purchased item is no longer available, a refund will be issued. Please allow 1-10 business days for refunds to appear on the original payment method.
Damaged items will likely result in a partial refund or replacement depending on the specific situation.
Please note that small rips, tears, etc... do not qualify for damage if they are not inflicted during transit and are manufacture defects.
EpicPokeStore will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards, printing errors or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box.
Canada & USA Shipping
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Qualifying orders over $250 are eligible for free shipping for Canadian and US addresses.
Certain obscure locations and PO Boxes may not qualify for free shipping. In the unlikely event the order placed does not qualify, you will be contacted via email.
*Note: Free shipping cannot be combined with certain promotions. This may include but is not limited to: Large flash sales, certain clearance items, special discount codes.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, all shipping fees will be calculate at checkout.
International customers are responsible for making sure purchased items can be legally imported into the country.
Duties and taxes may apply based on the shipping country and is the responsibility of the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government.
If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.
