Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns on TCG product, sports cards, non-sports cards (Pokemon), gift cards, opened product, product with manufacturing defects.

For all other items we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, all shipping charges will be of the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations of unfulfilled orders including pre-order items incur a 10% restocking fee to cover non-refundable fees from payment processors and to account for any already expended labor or materials before the cancellation is accepted.

Cancellations of already fulfilled orders is not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we deem necessary. This will always be a worst case scenario and our last option. We always try our best to fulfil every order. Possible reasons for order cancellation can include but is not limited to fraud, buyouts, inventory issues, and abuse. If you believe your order was cancelled by mistake, please contact us via email for resolution.

Price Adjustments

Due to the nature of the volatility of many of our products, no price adjustments will be made in the event of sale periods of any kind.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the unlikely event that large issues arise, we reserve the right to decline and returns or cancellations for any reason if deemed necessary based on case by case scenarios.
